1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting thetoothfairyfactoryatl.com, booking a slot, placing an order, or opting in to receive communications from The Tooth Fairy Factory Inc ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

The Tooth Fairy Factory Inc designs and hand-crafts custom gold grillz (10KT, 14KT, 18KT, and 22KT), tooth gems, and related jewelry, and sells DIY mold and tooth gem kits. We ship nationwide using a mail-in impression process: you order a mold kit, take your own impression at home following our tutorial, mail it back to us, and we craft and ship your finished piece insured.

3. Ordering & Payment

A $50 deposit is required to reserve a production slot and receive your mold kit.

Full balance payment is due before we begin manufacturing your piece, once your mold and design selection have been received.

Luxury Custom orders require a custom quote and deposit set at consultation.

Prices listed on our site (Classic Grill $250+, Custom Diamond $500+, Luxury Custom $1000+, kits from $50–$799+) are starting prices and may vary based on design complexity, materials, and stone selections.

We accept payment through our online payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

4. The Mold & Production Process

You are responsible for following the mold kit instructions accurately. We are not liable for production delays or fit issues caused by an improperly taken impression.

Production timelines are confirmed once we receive your mold and full payment; most standard pieces are completed within 2–3 weeks, though timelines may vary with order complexity and queue volume.

By submitting a mold, you confirm it is your own impression or that you have authorization to submit it on behalf of the intended wearer.

5. Shipping & Insurance

Shipping insurance is included on all custom grill orders to protect your piece in transit.

Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the physical item transfers to you; insurance claims for loss or damage in transit should be filed with the carrier and reported to us promptly so we can assist.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

The $50 deposit secures your production slot and mold kit and is non-refundable once the kit has shipped.

Once production has started (after mold and full payment are received), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the custom, made-to-order nature of each piece.

If you have concerns about your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree that:

Message frequency may vary based on your order and account activity.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive a one-time confirmation message.

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

8. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

We supply tooth gem kits and refill supplies to salons, barbershops, beauty studios, and independent artists at wholesale pricing. Wholesale orders may be subject to separate terms, minimum order quantities, and payment schedules agreed upon directly with us.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our website or booking systems

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, videos, and content on our website and social channels are the property of The Tooth Fairy Factory Inc and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tooth Fairy Factory Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or website, including delays caused by shipping carriers or improperly submitted molds.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
