How does the mold process work if I'm not local?
We ship a complete impression kit to your door for $50. It includes all materials and a link to our step-by-step video tutorial. The whole process takes under 5 minutes at home — then you mail the mold back to us.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on your design complexity and our current queue. We confirm your exact timeline when we receive your mold and full payment. Most standard pieces are completed within 2–3 weeks.
What gold options do you offer?
We work in 10KT, 14KT, 18KT and 22KT gold depending on your tier. We also offer opal grillz with gap fillers, lab diamond settings, and peridot options. See our Custom Diamond and Luxury Custom tiers for full details.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. Shipping insurance is required on all custom grill orders to protect your piece in transit. This is included in your order total — you don't need to arrange anything separately.
When is full payment required?
Full payment must be received before we begin manufacturing. After you return your mold and submit your design, we invoice the remaining balance. Production only starts once payment clears.
Do you offer wholesale or B2B pricing?
Yes — we supply tooth gem kits and refill supplies to salons, barbershops, beauty studios, and other artists. Contact us directly for wholesale pricing on bulk orders.
